Buying on PUZB Mall
Browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to enter your shipping address and payment details to complete the order.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard under Purchase History.
Each seller sets their own return policy. Check the product listing for details. If you have an issue, contact the seller directly through your order page. Our buyer protection covers you if something goes wrong.
Selling on PUZB Mall
Create a free account, then go to your dashboard and click "Open a Shop". Fill in your shop details, add your first listing, and you're ready to sell.
Listing products is free. We charge a small commission on each completed sale. Exact rates depend on your seller plan — see the pricing page for details.
Earnings from sales are deposited to your seller wallet. You can request a withdrawal to your bank account at any time from your seller dashboard.
